Finally, friday has came. It's been a long, record-breaking week of heading straight home after school to study. It's been long since i reach home before 4.
Screwed up my CL oral yesterday. I was so nervous, my mind went absolutely blank and i just screwed it all up by stumbling and by saying some stupid & irrevelent stuffs, and greeting the teachers lao shi zao when it's supposed to be lao shi wu an !! Argh.. I hope this won't happen again for my EL oral man.
After giving much thoughts, i've also decided to drop Pure physics and chemistry to combine phy/chem. Guess it's better for me la, so that i can pay more attention to my core sudjects, like EL and humans, which i think are more important. Though i know that my name's not highlighted, and many people think that it's a waste for me to drop now cos i've been studying it for 1 1/2 years already, BUT i've got only 4 more months to chiong my phy & chem from a C to an A and chiong my other subjects at the same time! So why not use these 4 months to brush up my humans, EL and Maths right? Besides, I've still got my Pure Bio :) So i'm a standard higher than e other combine sci students, not so ma lu :)
Actually, what's there to ma lu about? If by dropping to combine sci helps to lower your L1R5, then just go for it! It'll be more ma lu to show your supervisors or whatsoever when you go to work your O level cert with grades of five and six here and there. And the only disadvantage of taking combine sci is that, it'll be more difficult for me to enter medical course in universary in future, which i don't envisage me being a doctor.
So right now, i'm aiming for 4 distinctions : emath, amath, combine humans and Pure bio. Quite possible for me to acheive right?! I'll just have to study really hard for Bio :)
Anyway, i feel so bad for troubling Mr Gui, Mdm wee and my dad today cos today's the dateline and i just told them my decision yesterday. Everyone had to rush to get the forms and everything done for me in the morning... =P
Alright, off to Parkway with my parents now :) World Cup-ing tonight!! LOL :)
